Why I Blog
I’ve been inevitably tagged by the blog meme that makes you detail five or so reasons why you blog. Adnan of Blogtrepreneur hit me up, so here’s my list. I’m sure it’ll differ from most peoples, as found in #1.
- Not for the money. At least not yet, or here. One reason I’ve found on the other people who write these is that they all blog for money. I would but this is my only blog (self authored) for the time being and it produces exactly $0/month. You could look at it as a gateway for clients, but in the end its not my writing skills that gets them.
- I can, and like to write. My English marks may not reflect that (I sit around a 75%) but I like to write, and I would hope I have a good grasp on the language and its conventions. I rarely spell check, but I think I have the enitre ’spelling’ thing down.
- I can prepare my thoughts in a more formal manner, or at least organize them better. I can make better arguements when what I say can be organized. I write in a stream of conscienceness manner, but if I wanted to, I could organize everything.
- I can make a name for myself, which I can use to help me further where I am in terms of a designer. Eventually I’ll seperate the blog/work but for now it’s one ball.
- The entire ‘two different people’ thing doesn’t really apply to me, but it might seem that way because of #3. A lot of people change when they come online, but I just get easier to understand.
So now I guess I have to ‘tag’ some people. To these people, I’m sorry. Deeply. But lets go for Josh, Alex, Kory, and… that’s it. I’ll keep the burdening low ![]()

I hope your use of “enitre” in the part about you having ’spelling’ down was a joke. If so, genius! If not, it’s still funny as hell.
