Free RSS Icon
I was fooling around with Illustrator today, and I was experimenting with icons. I have no idea as to how Mac icons are made, or what you make them with, but my first icon is here for you today. It is a simple RSS icon, in sizes (square): 256px, 128px, 64px, 32px and 16px. Also included is the .Ai source file, so you can make any size of an RSS icon you want. It’s vector as well, so no matter what size, it’ll still look great.
That’s the .PNG image included with the .AI file.
It may not be the most original idea, but bear with me. I’m working on a more 3D and cool looking version, as well as some colours maybe.
If there is enough demand, I’ll write up exactly how I did it. It’s quite easy, but there are some things not everyone would guess that I did there

As for usage, I don’t really care about mentioning me, or linking (unless you really want to), but if you would just email me so I can gage how many people take to these, that would be great. You can download the PNG above.
Also, to back track to yesterday when I said RSS numbers would plummet due to a little bit of downtime, well, they did. It dropped 10, from 52 to 42. But this RSS icon actually has nothing to do with that.
