  • Dugg, Stumbled and Del.icio’d!

  • Heh, thanks for the effort. Unfortunately I didn’t get 100+ resources (much like your articles) so the SB sites aren’t liking it too much.

  • Nice to see Yodel Anecdotal up there among TechCrunch, GigaOM and ColbertNation. Thanks for the link love! And yes, WordPress rules.

  • Connor — I have been using Blogger for quite some time now (over 450 posts) and am thinking of converting it over to WordPress … seriously thinking.

My question, is there a way to import all of those posts into WordPress?

  • WebStractions- WordPress has an import (and export) feature for you to import your posts from Blogger, Typepad, Moveable Type, and a ton more. Even an RSS feed if you want.

  • Thanx Conner — I just Googled it not more than a few hours ago. :)

Found the information that I needed. Seems to be pretty straightforward to get the data into WP.

Now all I need is a redirect expression for my .htaccess file. At least I think I would need one. I have over 465 posts dating back to 2004 and would not want to lose any of that clout.

  • And WordPress saves you once again! There’s a PermaLink redirect plugin that redirects all old links to the new ones. :)

  • Great post Connor, this will sure come in handy for a beginner WordPresss user such as me.

  • Pretty awesome article. Thanks! - CowDir
