8 Random Facts About Me
As Josh put it, I’ve been condemned to share with you, the beloved reader, eight facts about myself. So I blow the dust of the “Personal” category and by obligation the rules of this meme:
In the 8 facts about [name], you share 8 things that your readers don’t know about you. Then at the end you tag 8 other bloggers to keep the fun going.

I bet you didn’t know…
- I play guitar. You can always find out the who the kids are who start playing to “be cool” when they ask you what songs you can play, or how long you’ve been playing. I’ve been playing for upwards of 7 or 8 years, but I’m not really one for learning songs. I’ll pick up parts from songs I really like, but I’m more of an improv kinda guy. And I can go really fast
- The way I came into this (blogging) is kind of weird. My first paid domain which had a variety of things, mostly a CMS tutorial site, Cdesigns-Media.net was lost when Serverseed (host) stopped… Hosting. When I got back with Dreamhost, I decided to just go with my name this time. That was a really good move, I think.
- I throw Javelin and Discus as part of my high school team, and also played on the Volleyball team. Next year I hope to add to that Basketball and Ping Pong.
- High School English apparently not linked to blogging/writing everyday. I scored only 70% this year in English.
- This summer I’m going to see Dream Theater (favourite band) and Rush in concert, which will be awesome.
- I’m seemingly one of the few excessive computer/internet users I know that is actually in shape and works out. Whether running, weights or whatever, if it can help me throw farther, I’m happy to do it.
- I don’t use Facebook. I have a profile, and a couple of friends added, but I just refuse to use the site. It’s honestly too hard. When a web developer can’t navigate your site, you have problems. I do have a MySpace, but that lonley page would be lucky to get check every two or three months.
- I love to cook and prepare food in any sort of way, and the time I spend watching TV is dominated by the Food Network. Michael Smith is definitely my favourite chef.

What do you find about Facebook that makes it hard to navigate? I always thought it was pretty straight forward.

Why eight? Wow only 70% i was expecting 80+. ^ yeah thats a heck of a lot of guitar. I like cooking as well. Although i don’t know how to cook anything.

And Goob, when I first registered from an invite I never put my school in, (never had the option) and now I can’t join it, can’t search for friends or anything.

I’ve played guitar for ten years. We probably started at the same age… I don’t know if I would have pegged you for one or not. Keep it up though.

Thats sweet you played volleyball in high school. I was an outside hitter and played club throughout school.
